    Hearts game for Ubuntu

The only thing I miss from my windows xp os is the hearts game. So using google I found a linux hearts game for the gnome desktop. I downloaded it and extracted it and the files appear in my home folder but I can not get it to work. Does anyone have any suggestions, please? Thanks!

I'm in Mint right now Cuz, and I just opened Synaptic and did a search for
    gnome hearts
and it was in there. Try it out by installing through Synaptic instead of source. Mint uses Ubuntu repositories. So you should have it in there. I would try that route first.

You are way, way ahead of me, Rokytnji. I have to take my crappy computer into the shop to get the cd drive and the fan working again before I try to tackle anything else.
