Yeah, those two are just because you have a netbook specific Ubuntu install... I wasn't thinking about that. You can safely ignore those. Fixing the error if you really want means commenting out those two repositories. There's no replacement, the (lpia) directories it's looking for don't exist.
In any event, you should be able to use Synaptic or other package manager of choice now without further issue.
