Hi and Welcome !
Have you tried to install Graphics Driver through Hardware Drivers option in Administrative Menu?
System -- Administration -- Hardware DriversIt is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Did you execute exact command? grep command is available in all Linux distros. Linux is case sensitive. Execute correct command.
Anyways, execute this
It will detect your Graphics Card and install driver.Code:sudo apt-get install envyng sudo envyng
