this is very strange hard to answer but experts who has experience of both worlds can do. what difference pros/crons you find between new ubuntu 9.04 and redhat 5.0 releases(5.3 now)

i try to find similar link but i cant find it related to ubuntu,similar to above
so can we have any comparision chart/compartive study ubuntu linux with other linux why it is best and no.1
we need to prepare a report submit to our seniors and management and finaly switch from redhat to ubuntu.
