Wireless on Dell inspiron 5160 laptop
Hi
I'm a bit a linux newbie. However here goes. I'm running Kubuntu 9 from a usb stick (16gb), live version persistant and have installed the broadcom driver for my wireless driver. Kubuntu sees my connection but when I type in the wpa password a message appears saying the connection to wlan0 has failed. Also it asks for the password twice.
Any help much appreciated as I like linux.

Welcome to Linux Forums!
The Broadcom wireless driver is in the kernel and needs no installation. What do you mean when you say that you installed the driver? Do you mean that you installed the device firmware?
We can't help without some detailed information. Please read through the post linked to below. It explains how to find the information, and then post that information here.
