    Unhappy installing google earth

    i'm having trouble installing google earth for kubuntu also. i downloaded to the desktop but when i try opening, it tells me that since it is a binary file, saving will result in a corrupt file. why is that and how do i install google earth correctly?

    googleearth-package is available in sources and I would suggest you to install it through apt-get or Adept Package Manager.
    Code:
    sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install googleearth-package
    Which version of Kubuntu are you using?
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
