monitor display border errors
Hi, i am using Ubuntu 8.04. And i was trying to setup dual monitors and have the setup where each monitor is there own desktop, i got that all working but for some reason everytime i restart X as required everytime i log back in and try to open a terminal i get a white box representing the terminal with no borders, also if i open any other application i get it to open but with no borders so leaving me to use file>>exit or whichever options availabe.
Here is my old xorg and my new
Old

My main monitor is a 22 inch widescreen Samsung SynchMaster 1680x1050
My secondary is a Sony SDM-HS73 17 inch.
If someone could explain what im doing wrong and howto fix it it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
