Can't Hear Audio in Firefox
I am running Kubuntu Jaunty and have been trying to watch Youtube videos. Firefox does not let them output to my soundcard and my on-board audio doesn't work. I went to the settings and made the soundcard my preferred audio output. Amarok works, but firefox does not. How can I fix this?
Thanks,
Jeffrey

Well, Amarok has sound. I looked through all of those troubleshooting tips and nothing seemed to fit. Anything else I can do?

Actually I just tried to play a song in another java dependent application and it didn't work either. How can I configure java? I'm pretty sure I have it installed but the java website will not verify that I do. What am I doing wrong? I have never had this problem with java.

I believe I do. I just tried to install it and it said that I already have it installed. Is there any way I can configure it?
