    ubuntu 9.04 on sony vaio

    Hey

    am using a sony vaio VGN-TX26gp have installed ubuntu 9.04 on it but am not able to eject my cd rom tray any ideas on how i could do it .....it ejects from the multimedia buttons and it is not supported in ubuntu

    never mind got it done though not from the media buttons still if anyone can tell how that is done will be nice oh yeah and i got it done by terminal.....eject command

    you can right click on the discs icon on the desktop there are unmount and eject commands there
