How to install wireless networking adapter?

Hi!

I'm running vista ultimate 64 with 'virtual pc 2007' installed (kind of sandboxie thing) and internet connected via wireless adapter Netgear WN121T.
On VM I installed ubuntu 9.04 32bit. After install it's connected to internet via eth0 instead of wireless. I checked VM settings and ubuntu has the adapter assigned all right.
My question is how to install the adapter and where can I obtain drivers.
Thanks for your help.

Just googled that there's problem with 802.11n compatible drivers for ubuntu. Anyway any help appreciated.

for both in one spot. Use ndiswrapper to install.

Regarding 'Virtual PC 2007' it emulates generic networking controller. Period.

Anyway, thanks for no help. I'll consider having linux as alternative OS but this first try was a failure.

I fail to see how this is a problem with linux and not a problem with your virtualization platform. Typically the hardware is abstracted out in virtualization, for networking, commonly the host can set up bridging or NAT for connecting to the internet. NAT would set up a local network that would allow VM's to connect to the internet, instead of using the actual physical network adapter, it would instead use a virtual adapter. This would alleviate the driver issue.
