    Exclamation Graphics issues

I've had this problem for at least a month now, and really need it fixed!

My graphics card; Intel extreme graphics 2 (INTEGRATED) Is driving me nuts!
Simple things won't work! After 2 weeks of crashing movie players, I changed my graphics driver to the 2D version. Then almost everything played fine!

But then I noticed my CPU (Celeron 2.4Ghz was ramping up to 100% on simple tasks, such as web-page loading. I can't even watch you tube! The CPU usage becomes too high and I have to force quit. Before, my CPU would stay at 4% and I'd just see the first frame, and hear the sound.

Is this my GPU, or do I need to upgrade my CPU?

Here's a list of all compatible GPUs with my HP D330:

NVIDIA Quadro4 100NVS AGP (64MB, dual VGA) full height PCI bracket
NVIDIA Quadro4 100NVS AGP (64MB, dual VGA) low profile PCI bracket
NVIDIA GeForce2 MX400 (32MB, VGA) full height PCI bracket
NVIDIA GeForce2 MX400 (32MB, VGA) low profile PCI bracket
    NVIDIA GeForce4 MX440/8 (64MB, 8XAGP, VGA,
    S-video) full height PCI bracket
    NVIDIA GeForce4 MX440/8 (64MB, 8XAGP, VGA,
    S-video) low profile PCI bracket
    NVIDIA GeForce FX 128MB DDR w VGA & S-video (AGP8X) low profile
    NVIDIA GeForce FX 128MB DDR w VGA & S-video (AGP8X) full height
