How to change very wide window borders?
Howdy all, seems like this would be an easy question for everyone but ME!

There has to be an easy way to change window border width (pixels). Not sure how mine got so wide but I have looked in Appearance, Compiz, Emerald Themes, etc and I can't figure it out!
I am using Ubuntu Jaunty and have searched high and low. I think it's gnome but I'm confused about windowing environments. Found some ideas (tried them all - all seemed reasonable (such as holding ALT while mousing, etc). So far no luck. Any help appreciated!, TIA.

I'm not sure about ubuntu (my ubuntu laptop is running XP right now), but on CentOS/RHEL, I can go to the Control Center -> Appearance & Themes -> Window Decorations and there is a combo box "Border size" to change window borders. This is KDE 3.x - I would assume there is something similar for Gnome.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
Just remember, Semper Gumbi - always be flexible!

In Gnome:
System / Preferences / Appearance / Theme / Customize / Window Borderoz
