    Dual Boot - Repartition Hardrive

I have a PC with Windows XP. Because Linux is better, I installed Ubuntu 9.04. When I partitioned the hardrive, I mistakenly left only enough room for the Ubuntu file, giving the XP all the free space. I would like to share or evenly split the available storage. Is it better to reinstall Ubuntu or is there good, recommended software available to repartition the drive?

News Parted Magic which is a bootable iso like Ubuntu that runs in Live cd mode has all the tools to shrink the Windows drive and move the unallocated space over to Ubuntus Partition without reinstalling anything.
