You shouldn't need to do anything. Just tell Windows to use the entire disc. It will happily reset the partition table and install itself on the drive.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

if you put grub on it and want rid. Boot off a boot disk, hirens boot cd or anything to get you to a dos prompt.
then fdisk /mbr
all should be fine as windoz would be on the first partion
