I googled it and on the debian page it's having me download the entire openoffice source, I am trying to look at just the package above because there are some bugs and I've offered to take a look to see what I can do to fix them (in launchpad I offered). Thanks allBodhi 1.3 & Bodhi 1.4 using E17

If you have the source repos enabled in /etc/apt/sources.list, ie, the deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ intrepid main restricted line, or something like it, you can fetch the source code with apt.
Code:apt-get source <package-name>

Thanks everyone for your replies.
I tried the repo way....it finds the package but downloads 430 megs (I'm assuming it's downloading the entire open office source package). I don't get why it'd do that...the package is only a few megs....digging through 430 megs of source code for this particular thing might be impossible for me

I think it's because all the language packs are built from one source package.
The source package is just called openoffice.org-l10n.
Here it is. Ubuntu -- Details of source package openoffice.org-l10n in intrepid
