Boot loader not loading Xp

after installing Xp i recover boot loader. but it not boot Xp. it seen Xp but not going to it.
only load Ubunto (9.04)

dear b2bwild

the problem is grub loader load and showing but not booting Xp. when i select XP from grub loader
it redirect to loader again. only entry is ubunto. so i cant access Xp now. please need some help
i dont understand why this happening.
