    Problem with trackpad

    Hi,
I am using a dell inspiron 1545 which has a very bad track pad and its a dual boot with windows 7 and ubuntu 9.04 which is a very impressive operating system.
I am facing this problem since a month. When I try to scroll down the window using the track pad.. The last saved string is copied into the Address bar in Firefox. I mean to say that I have copied a string "hello", then this string is copied to the Address bar in firefox and my page is navigated to that link.
Can anyone tell me how to resolve this error.

    Thanks in advance.

I think you should retrieve the firfox's default setting.

    sorry,I made a mistake!
my suggestion is that you should set the trackpad, although i haven't used the trackpad, but you can try to retrieve default setting!
