I have got Kubuntu 9.0.4 and Sun virtualbox3.0.4..installed..

1....Now i installed Steam(which downloaded and installed great... and downloaded and installed aa3 with no worries as far as i can tell but i get this error message when i try to play the game

the message is coming from steam loader i believe, as it has its skin. Not sure wat i am doin wrong thats why i thought i would ask the experts.

2....Also I cant access my usb drives on virtualbox?
they are there in Devices--->Usb Devices but they are grey(unclickable)

3.... is it possible to install drivers on virtualbox (like nvidia, motherboard or even sound ones)?
