I can't log in anymore
Why, I'm in a trouble now.
I've tried to disable the KDE Wallet subsystem, and I've turned it off, but during the installation of kwalletmanager the apt offered me to remove some 'unused' packages, and I was pleased with this offering, so I made apt-get auto-remove, rebooted the PC and got a log-in screen, where my password is accepted, but then for few seconds the screen turns black, and I'm getting the login-screen again. I've checked for:
cat .xsession-errors , and it says that /usr/bin/ssh-agent crashes, for it cannot find the library libgssapi_krb5.so.2
I've checked the system, and the mentioned library is there (libkrb53). It was a Xubuntu jaunty install and then I've switched to the KDE 4.3.0.
I need your ideas!
Some other questions:
1. How can I go online from within a terminal? I have a wireless connection with essid and dhcp.
2. How can I install a package /home/minthaka/x.y.deb ?If you need a CD/DVD catalogizer, give a try to my program:

1. Yes, as long as the network is active
2. CD into the directory where the .deb is and run
Code:sudo dpkg -i deb-file-name-including-wildcards
If we hit that bullseye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate! (Zapp Brannigan)
My new blog. It's probably not as good as I think it is.

Hmm, ...
how can I activate the network from terminal?
I know the procedure iwconfig wlan0 essid...
and dhcpclient
but what after? I have to type in my user name and password? Is there a command line tool for it?
I'm now on good old Puppy, but I'd like to repair the system, rather than to have another install! If you need a CD/DVD catalogizer, give a try to my program:

Solved
Well,
I've downloaded the libkrb53 package, went to the terminal mode,
issued dpkg -i libkrb53...deb, and I'm back.
This was a good lesson about the reliability of the apt!If you need a CD/DVD catalogizer, give a try to my program:
