ANyone know how to get yahoo messenger onto unbuntu 9.04? I can't seem to get it to even download, it just says error....

AFAIK, ymess for linux is no longer maintained, but you have several options for instant messenging on linux, e.g. Pidgin and Kopete, both can be used to login into your yahoo account (also msn, gtalk, aol, etc.)

the new Ubuntu software is empathy, I'm still a skeptic (I use pidgin 95% of the time) but it's got some good things going on for it.
