Hey,
I want to create a new DB with table and contents of a form to go into the tables.
I want to use phpmyadmin tool rather than commands. I installed LAMP server through synaptic package manager.
How can I install phpmyadmin and use it?
Help me!

phpmyadmin should be available in Synaptic but I prefer the MySQL GUI tools (MySql Administrator and MySql Query Browser)

I knew at least a little about phpmyadmin, but I haven't dealt with MySQL GUI.
Is it somewhat similar to phpmyadmin?

The MySQL Gui tools are desktop applications whereas phpmyadmin is a web application. They are very intuitive, I think more so than phpmyadmin but that's just my opinion.
