Some websites will not load at all (SOLVED)

This problem occurs in Fedora, Linux mint and ubuntu but NOT in openSUSE and Windows. I try to load a website eg: onemanga.com or washingtonpost.com or microsoft.com, and they do not load at all. I've tried to ping them and it connects. I tried to access them using a proxy site, and they did load there. Does anyone know what is causing this or how I can fix this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

P.S I tried to see if it works in another web browser, unfortunately the download page of opera.com. does not load.

    Firefox?

Was that Firefox in each operating system?
I guess what I mean to ask is, was that Firefox when you tried it in OpenSUSE?

Try using wget to fetch Opera or the index files from various sites. Then you can try opening the local copy in a browser and check to see whether or not it renders. Check if other http programs such as WebHTTrack work. I would post a link to the Opera .deb file, but I can't because I have only made 13 posts on this website, and I need a minimum of 15 to post links.
    Maybe this will help

    Code:
    wget http [colon slash slash]opera.skazkaforyou.com/linux/1000/final/en/i386/opera_10.00.4585.gcc4.qt3_i386.deb
replace [colon slash slash] with ://

    SOLVED (somehow)

I used a proxy list. I did try it in Opera, but it didn't work. So I went to a site of proxy servers

From there, I took the first proxy and used it in firefox. It worked, it worked just fine. I don't know why and I don't know how but it worked just fine
