    drivers for my laptop?

    hi to all,
    i am new to this forum. i have installed ubuntu 9.04 on my compaq presario v6608au laptop, can someone pls guide me how to find drivers and install them. i don have any knowledge of ubuntu, hope u understand my situation.

    Hi and welcome to the forum.

    Linux users do not usually have to install their own drivers because most drivers are automatically installed during the Linux installation. There are a few exceptions e.g. some graphics drivers. If your system is working fine, then there is no need to install drivers.
