I don't use WINE, but as I understand it, you need a windows version of Java installed via WINE for the windows apps to use.

    WineHQ - Sun Java JRE

    Hello and Welcome.
You'll soon find out, if you want to run Windows apps, you should strongly consider using a dual boot environment rather than try to run those apps in Linux with Wine....don't get me wrong, Wine has it's uses and I use it myself sometimes, but it isn't meant to run everything.

Have you thought about using the download manager that comes with Firefox?
As best as I can tell, Jdownloader is java, so you should be able to install it using the instructions from sun.com.

It's just an add-on for Firefox...easy as pie.
