My question is about installing ubuntu in pendrive. I am using Ubuntu in my computer. In that, I am going to compile one new kernel. But i want that kernel to be copied in USB and i want to boot that new kernel from that USB pendrive when ever i want. So what i have to do?
Thanks in advance...

I dont see why you would want that.
But simply copy the Kernel to your USB drive and tell Grub to load the Kernel..
If you want portable ubuntu just get it Install Ubuntu 9.10 to a Flash Drive from Windows | USB Pen Drive Linux
