    USB Temperamental

    Hi all, its been a long time, but i knew you guys could help me if anyone could. so here goes.
    I'm using the latest distro of ubuntu and would like to make it wireless, but before i do that, i need to get it to come on. My headset and iphone work through usb, but for some reason my wifi card doesn't. So its not like all of my usbs aren't working, it just doesn't pick up that i plug in my usb card. I tried booting with it plugged in but to no accord. Does anyone know why my usb's are playing up like this?

    Thanks, i have now posted in there, but my problem isn't getting it installed and working its actually to get power to it from the usb atm.
