    bash: -: command not found



    Hi

    /bin/bash in a different user gives the error message i.e

    bash: -: command not found

    Where as it is ok with root and other users

    Please Help to solve it out

    So, what do you exactly do?
    Do you run /bin/bash as user x and you get that reply?
    But if you run it as root it works?
    Or Do you do something else?
