I've been using remastersys for a while and never had this until karmic.
I hope I'm not going blind!!!
Below are the comments from the remastersys site on how to create your own distro.
However, I'm not sure where I need to copy the files from /etc/skel/ to?

"Clean up history and cache and copy over the contents to /etc/skel but be sure to change the ownership of everything in /etc/skel to root. While the livecd/dvd is being created, you should not open any other apps or windows. "

The rematerysys directory ? and then adjust privileges??
any advice woudl be great!
