I needed to recover an old PDF password (I have found it now), and decided to try it on the PS3. I've installed Xubuntu on it and I am using PDFcrack.

The problem is that I only get like half the cracking speed that I get on my very old laptop. So obviously I am not using the full power of the PS3.

Xubuntu seems to only recognize 2 of the Cell-cores, when I look in the resource monitor. What should I do to take advantage of the Cell-processor? Whould it help if I used YDL instead?
