Hey Guys, I own an HP compaq d330 dt, and because of bad performance with my vga graphics chip, I've decided to replace it. I've got my eye on this card: XFX PVT44AWANG GeForce 6200 256MB 64-bit GDDR2 AGP 8X Video Card - Retail If anyone else has been able to run a more powerful graphics card under this motherboard (Intel 085ch) please don't hesitate to tell me. Feel free to post your comments, thank you

It appears that it will work if your model is the USDT version because that version includes an AGP 2.0 (AGP 8x) slot according to the Service Reference Card from which you can download a copy of from here:

HP Compaq d330 Desktop PC- Manuals (guides, supplements, addendums, etc) - HP Business Support Center

    * Note that it's the download directly under: Service and maintenance information

You really should look through the different PDF manuals available there for your product (and keep copies of them if you don't already have them), then look through them and look at your computer to determine if you do indeed have the model that will support the video card that you wish to purchase. Only you can be certain since you are the only one that can actually look at your computer to see exactly what version you have.

Hope it all works out for you.
