    Anyone know of software to monitor watt usage? Just wanting to see what mine looks like, thanks all
    Bodhi 1.3 & Bodhi 1.4 using E17

    I don't think there is a hardware interface for power supplies, so at best you could measure only what the motherboard reported if anything. You could pretty easily estimate your power consumption.

    Thanks for the replies, I was hoping that there was software (buying something to test watt usage seems...contradictory, the point is to conserve but I'm going to buy something which requires energy/raw materials to make ) If I had a better reason I'd buy it but for now I suppose I'll just guestimate. I've been looking at atom processor bare bones, I think for under $250 I could get a really efficient media box, make it sleep after 5 minutes of inactivity, shutdown the strip every night for 4-8 hours while I sleep. Thanks again
