Ubuntu, Rythmbox and mp3 names.

Its not a huge problem but it is very annoying.

I downloaded a few cds by a group called Slighty Stoopid.

In Ryhtymbox, it has 2 different artist listed as Slighty Stoopid. Its kind of hard to explain.

One name of the artist is Slighty Stopid

The second is Slighty Stoopid - CLoser to the sun.

Its only a few of the songs off the cd in the closer to the sun dir (the others are under >Artist>Album>Closer to the Sun)

I can right click>properties and rename there, it moves it up, but does not save it the next time i open Rhythm Box.

I used Easy Tag and streamlined all the ID3 info but cannot get rid of this 2 artist deal.

Any thoughts or help? Thanks!

make sure you have write permission on those files.
