Hello.
How to set 1280x960 at 72Hz
I tried to edit xorg.cof (option "metamodes" "1280x960_72 0 0"), but after a reboot was 60 Hz.
Any ideas about that? Please, help

Welcome to the forums!

Are you sure that you edited the xorg.conf file with root permissions?
What model of Syncmaster monitor are you using, and it is an LCD monitor?
Are you sure that the Horiz and Vert refresh rates you have listed are correct for that monitor?
You might also want to make certain that your monitor and video card are capable of running that resolution.oz
