In my Ubuntu system i found mnay resolution options in "system->preference->display". But i am searching for "720 x 480" option is not there. How to make my display as "720 x 480" resolution?please help meThanks in advance...

720x480 may not be a valid display resolution for your hardware. In any case, that is the resolution provided by a DVD. Normally, video software will scale this to your screen, or open a 720x480 window and display it there. What are you trying to do?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
