No TV-out in Ubuntu 9.10

Hi, i'm from Bulgaria and sory for my bad english. i using ubuntu 9.10, kernel 2.6.31-17-generic and my TV out not work. In NVIDIA X server setting i can't select TwinView or other option. In Windows XP my TV out work. First i install NVIDIA driver manual, because in ystem - Administration - Hardware drivers i read No proprietary drivers are in use on this system, but no effect. Then i read in one forum that must be installed nvidia-modaliases from Synaptic and i do it. Then in System - Administration - Hardware drivers i saw drivers for NVIDIA and install it automatic, but no effect. I Atach the screenshot.
