Not sure I understand the question as worded, but you can create sheet music with LilyPond if that's what you mean:
LilyPond - Aboutoz

I'm pretty sure Reason 4.0, and FL Studio work on Linux. I don't believe they're available from the application menu so you would have to torrent the programs. Those programs are great for making music however they can be very confusing for beginners and you don't get access to their forums unless you actually legally purchase the software. There are also some great DJ Mixing programs like Virtual DJ, Traktor Pro and Traktor Scratch, but again I believe you have to torrent them.
For mixing I highly reccomend Traktor. If you are a beginner you may want to check out virtual dj though because it has an automatic beat matcher.
Just for making funky music I reccomend FL Studio. I have messed around with it a little bit and it isn't too complicated if you have a basic knowledge of music and effects. A lot of Dubstep and other electronic artists are using FL Studio these days. Another extremely powerful music making program is Reason, but it was beyond me and I couldn't figure out how to use (probably because I lack thorough musical knowledge).
Hope this helps.
