    Exclamation How to get acer drivers for ubuntu

    guys I have searched a lot over Google couldn't find any of them
    I did ask the vender ,he said he doesn't know about Linux
    I have mailed to acer.co.in 2 weeks back I never got any reply from them

    I am aware that Linux hardwares are detected and kernel have some poplular drivers in it . . (correct me if I am wrong here)

    The couple of drivers I needed are
    FPR [finger print scanner]
    CrystalEye[webcam]

    Laptop : Acer aspire 4736
    O.S : Ubuntu 9.04
