I like the eyecandy of KDE, but the menu bars and icons of GNOME, what can I do?

See, I like the KDE (like Kubuntu) but I dislike the menu bars and the taskbar (though I like the setup of it once the menu button is opened), and I much prefer GNOME's icons and bars, is there any way I can do this?
Thanks, I know it's kind of confusing.

If all you like in KDE is the "eye candy", then you should use GNOME. You can always theme it.

    Post Ubuntu Art Manager

Go to ubuntu software center in the applications tab at the bottom and when the window comes up in search put art manager and install it. After it is done open it up threw the system/ Preferences catagory. and open the program. Then up on top there is click the art and a drop down will show desktop themese and go over to icons and look threw all the packages they have. With this you can add wallpapers, icons, gtk themes, splash screens, etc

Plenty of eye candy for gnome, try screenlets, and cairo dock.
