    [SOLVED] 9.10 nVidia Huge problem

    Hello everyone!

    I've recently installed 9.10

IF I activate nVidia (GT 130M) Grapics Acc., Screen gets divided into 6 (2x3) identicaly VGA sections.

Without letting the Graphics thing, it's just fine.. But to use cool shadow menus and animations, Ubuntu says you got to have it.

So I read bunch of articles and tried editing x11/xorg.conf and stuff but didn't work.

What do I got to do to have that thing working good?

    Thanks!

    Please post your xorg.conf.

The Arch Wiki has a note on this exact issue and suggests adding to the "Device" Section
    Code:
     Option "ModeValidation" "NoTotalSizeCheck"

    Hello,

I would like to thank you for your kindness of sparing a few minutes to reply.

I don't have access to that machine right now, but as soon as I have it tomorrow, I'll try your solution.

My xorg.conf didn't have anything special or exciting on it. Just a regular one.
    (Before I messed it up).

BTW, I did a huge google research for this issue, i've never encountered Arch page. Yes it is the exact issue and I'm very hopeful that it'll work.

    Thanks once again!
