1. hi, i've just installed ubuntu 9.10 and the only problem i have is that my printer only prints in red scale and i need to print in black all my docs.

    The black ink is not empty so it isn't the problem, in windows (the other partition) it works normaly with all the colors including black. When i installed ubuntu it installed the printer without my intervention so i think this could be but now i get the official driver of the printer and at the end of all the installation proces it continues printing only with red ink.

    Anyone can help me?
