    USB card not working with Ubuntu

    I have a dual-boot PC (Windows 7 and Ubuntu w/current updates) with a USB hub PCI card. The card works fine in Windows, but is completely dead in Ubuntu, there is not even any power at the card's ports. How do I get Ubuntu to activate the card?

    Hi,

    First of all I would do `lsusb -v | less`, to see if the devices is even being seen, secondly what model USB Hub PCI card is it etc...... More details
