How to do apt-get without internet access?
I installed Ubuntu 9.10 onto a machine a few weeks ago, and that machine had internet access, so it was easy to run these commands:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install openssh-server
sudo apt-get install portmap
But now I need to install Ubuntu onto a machine with no internet access. How will I be able to install openssh-server and portmap?

You pretty much have to download the necessary packages from a computer with internet access and transfer them over to install.
Or make a local repository or CD repository.
