    [SOLVED] menu.lst not in /boot/grub

    Hello
    the file menu.lst use to be in /boot/grub but it is not in my distribution Kubuntu 9.10 . Is it normal ? if it is, where is the file to set the boot menu ?

    9.10 uses GRUB2 rather than GRUB Legacy and has a grub.cfg file instead of menu.lst, but you aren't supposed to edit it directly.

    Edit the /etc/default/grub file instead.
