    Unhappy Dual booting Ubuntu Studio 9.04 and Windows 7 Professional

    Hi Guys i am struggling to dual boot Ubuntu Studio and Win 7..I partitioned my 80 GIG HDD and installed Windows 7 Professional on the first 40 GIG and left the remaining as a raw partition.

    However when i try to install Ubuntu Studio 9.04 I cannot edit, change or modify the partitioning information..i do not know where i a m going wrong..i managed to successfully dual boot Mandriva using the aforementioned method...

    Really keen to try out Ubuntu Studio 9.04 before 10.04 comes out...

    Regards

    We have to check partition structure of your Hard disk.
    Boot up from Ubuntu LiveCD, open Terminal and execute this
    Code:
    sudo fdisk -l
    Post output here.

    * Its small L in fdisk -l.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
