What media player are you using, what desktop UI are you using, and are you running the same UI on both sessions?

    Hello Rubberman,

    I'm using XBMC media player.

The CTRL+ALT+F7 session use no UI, just launch an X session + XBMC.
The CTRL+ALT+F8 session use XFCE 4, launch an X session + start XFCE

    A+

Sorry, but I've never tried running multiple X sessions. I would expect that there might be some conflicts doing so. Have you tried using different media players, such as XBMC on one and VLC on the other?

Thank you for your support Rubberman!

My goals is to have a multimedia application on one X session and one desktop on other X session. Like that, i can manage and use my HTPC like i want. It's seems to be complex but i like this.

    Regards,

    Ubeto
