ive never defragged ...
was wondering what was a good one... something simple so i dont screw anything up.
and...while im at it...i tried to install the kiba-dock...i wasnt successfully in any of my attempts. i would get through about half way then have to find somewhere else that had different commands and advice...how do i delete the stuff that did save as to not fill my computer with crap im not using?

Linux doesn't fragment like Windows does, see this link for a better explaination.
Why doesn't Linux need defragmenting?
You might try installing kiba dock through your system repos, it makes it easier.I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.

thank you! and i gave up just decided to go with the cairo dock...
