this is what i got when i tried to download cinema 4d on my computer 40 mins. ago, please someone tell me there is something im not doing that makes this happen because this happens more often than not, i go through a lengthy download and get errors, im sorry ive only been on here for 2 weeks tops and already bothered you all 4 times, im hoping some of them are at least puzzling enough to entertain, but im more than sure this might just be an annoyance. thank you in advance.

Tell us a bit more about what's happening. Are you downloading a file and trying to unzip it? Did you save it to a directory and now it won't open?
I'm thinking Cinema4D is a Mac/Windows only program....You might have luck getting it to work with Wine but that might not be easily accomplished for a new to Linux person. You might have better luck at finding a "Linux alternative" for modeling software. Is that what you need?

And btw, don't worry about how many times you ask for help, just make sure you search on your own before posting. Some questions only need to be Googled.
I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.

haha i know, i try but most of the time i try to bing stuff i just get more confused, and the other times i did post i was really trying for days on most, haha which is sad, i know. and im pretty sure its for linux too, when i typed it in i put for ubuntu, and on youtube videos too... but thank you ill try the one you recommended, personally just watching the videos and tutorials (which really werent teaching, but showing off) were starting to scare me, i should start with something...a little less. thanks again mike, so far youve been my ubuntu hero.
