Ubuntu-10.04
Hey,
I want to install Ubuntu-10.04 in my current Ubuntu-9.10 laptop. I knew that I can upgrade from my update manager. But I'm trying to download as ISO image and then copy to the cd so that I could lend the cd to someone later, if needs be.
But in my Ubuntu-9.10, can you tell me how to burn the ISO image to cd.
Is there any software I need to install? How can I burn it to cd?
Any help would be just great!

I also prefer fresh install instead of upgrade.
Brasero Disk burner is pre-installed in Ubuntu. It recognizes ISO files and burn those as Image by default. Its must be available in Applications menu. Check here for more details. It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
