    Just a quick question

Hey guys...I'm running Win XP 64 bit and ubuntu 9.10 as a dual boot. I also have the CD for Ubuntu 10.04. My question is, I want to do a fresh install and would prefer it to install over 9.10. Is this what will happen or will it want to install as a 3 way boot??
    Thanks for any help

A fresh install is a good plan and during the installation routine, you can direct the installer to use the partitions that already have the prior version of Ubuntu on them.
