    Weird error when i start emacs

    I do not know what makes this error when I start emacs from the terminal

    ** (emacs:30705): CRITICAL **: murrine_style_draw_box: assertion `height >= -1' failed

    Does anyone know how to get rid of this error ?

    This seems to be a bug, which is still being reported on launchpad. While only a work-around until a fix is released, some people are finding that changing the theme stops the error from appearing.

    Alternatively, if it otherwise works you could try writing stderr to /dev/null

    Specifically, it occurs in the Radiance and Ambiance themes, but not the others. These 2 themes have similar looks, just different color schemes.
